We had a fantastic stay at Manor House Villa in Fenwick. the property was impressive and exceeded our expectations. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for our party of 4 adults and 2 small grandchildren. the location was great, with beautiful views of the sea. Although it was too far to walk, we found it easy to reach, being just around 200 meters from A1. the local pubs served delicious food, adding to our enjoyable experience. Lee, the host, was super helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Don't have any issues at all 😊.

We had an absolute blast exploring the beautiful hiking trails nearby. The scenery was breathtaking, and we couldn't resist taking tons of selfies with the stunning views. Plus, the fact that the house was located just 16 km from The Maltings Theatre & Cinema was a major bonus! We caught the latest movies and even had a great night out at the theatre. It was so much fun, we never wanted the weekend to end!
The only thing we wished for was a better party atmosphere in the house. We were a group of young party-goers, and while the accommodation was comfortable and spacious, it would have been awesome if there was a cool DJ booth or a dedicated dance floor.

The location was perfect for hiking and exploring nature. We had a blast hiking around the beautiful countryside and taking in the fresh air. Plus, the house itself was massive and had enough space for all of us to have a great time together. It was super comfortable and decorated with such style. We can't wait to come back!
The only thing we wished for was more options for late-night fun. While the house was amazing, it would have been even cooler if there was a game room or a bar area where we could hang out and party all night.

There were a few issues during our stay. we found mouse droppings in one of the kitchen drawers, and some of the kitchen utensils were dirty.

I absolutely loved the bathrooms at The Manor House! They were so luxurious and modern. It felt like stepping into a spa every time I went in. The shower was incredible, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. And the bathtub, oh my, it was so inviting and perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of work. I truly felt pampered during my stay.
Personally, I found the lighting in the bathrooms a bit dim. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I had an amazing time at this beautiful home. The decorations were stunning and the furniture and carpets were lovely. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our family celebration. The garden was a suntrap, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. We found the location easily, just 200 meters or so from the A1. Despite not being able to walk to the sea, we could still catch glimpses of it. The property was impressive and had everything we could ask for. The house had a bit of wear and tear, but that's to be expected for a place of this size. it was an excellent two-day stay.
Absolutely nothing.

Although my stay was amazing, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. There were no kitchen essentials provided, such as milk, teabags, or butter, which was a bit inconvenient.
